Weihrauch vom heiligen Berg Athos. Der Stand im August 2023

Wir sind nach wie vor in engem Kontakt zu dem Pater auf dem heiligen Berg Athos, der für die Weihrauchzubereitung zuständig ist.

Die Produktion und Lieferungen mussten seit Anfang 2022 eingestellt werden, weil plötzlich der steuerrechtliche Status des Kloster Athos in Frage gestellt wurde. Seither sind wir dabei Möglichkeiten zu finden, was uns bisher nicht gelang. Sicher, die anderen Weihrauche Athos, die unterhalb des Klosters produziert werden, sind ähnlich hervorragend, aber wir hätten natürlich gerne die Weihrauche unseres Paters wieder. Nachfolgend die letzte E-Mail die wir mit ihm hatten. Und wir hoffen natürlich zusammen mit ihm immer noch auf ein gutes Ende.

it's a joy to hear from you... I pray that you are both well.. Thank you for your email..

Unfortunately I have not been able to find a solution with the paperwork..  We have looked at a number of solutions which in the end we could not implement for various reasons. and because of the special status here.  I still have some hope that we will find something so we can supply the paperwork so we can help you.  Im am hoping that you were able to find someone with similar quality to fill in... It is a loss for us also that we cannot provide you anymore...  I am hoping something can be worked out so we can work together again...
